Draconians

Here is the load-bearing fact, and it is the most solid one on the page. The Draconian empire is a distinct, modern branch of reptilian lore, separate from the ancient cross-cultural serpent-deity traditions (the Naga, Quetzalcoatl, Enki, the Nagas) already catalogued in our reptilian file. Those old traditions have serpent deities. What they do not have is an empire: no ruling hierarchy, no command structure, no headquarters at a star called Alpha Draconis. That framing appears in no tradition before roughly 1888. The empire is not ancient. It was assembled recently, and we can watch it being built.

The modern coinage belongs to British author David Icke. His 1999 book The Biggest Secret placed shapeshifting reptilian humanoids originating from the Alpha Draconis star system at the apex of a secret bloodline hierarchy said to rule Earth's political and financial elite. This is the foundational move: it turned 'Draconian' from a general mythic archetype into a specific ruling empire. It rests on Icke's assertion alone, which is exactly why it sits at the bottom tier.

The empire's fullest description comes from American contactee Alex Collier, public since the early 1990s, who claims decades of contact with beings from Andromeda. They told him, he says, of a Draconian Empire headquartered at Alpha Draconis that dominates numerous reptilian and Grey (Zeta Reticulan) factions across this part of the galaxy, and that acts as, in his words, 'the force behind the repression of human populations everywhere in this galaxy.' This is the source that hands the empire its map and its motive.

Collier's empire is stratified. He describes at least two castes: a warrior caste standing roughly 7 to 8 feet tall and feared for its fighting ability, and a ruling royal caste called the Ciakars, 14 to 22 feet tall, weighing up to about 1,800 pounds, with winged appendages. Precise, vivid, and sourced entirely to one man's recollection of what non-human beings allegedly told him.

The same account reaches deep into time. Collier says his Andromedan contacts told him the Alpha Draconis reptilians did not evolve there at all. They were, in the word he uses, 'dumped' in that system, and have possessed interstellar space travel for approximately 4 billion years. For scale, that is close to the age of the Earth itself. It is an extraordinary claim, and it arrives with exactly zero corroboration.

Collier's reliability is independently disputed on several fronts. Researchers report that he previously went by the name Ralph Amagran, a former IRS agent, before adopting 'Alex Collier' in the early 1990s. He has been accused of plagiarizing the 'Contact Notes' of Swiss contactee Billy Meier. And in lecture material he attributed a genuine Ralph Waldo Emerson quotation to an alien being named 'Vissaeus.' None of this proves his galactic history wrong by itself, but it is exactly the context you need before you file his testimony above the bottom tier.

Then there is the track record. Several of Collier's specific predictions simply did not happen. He forecast that New York City would be destroyed by 2000. He said that by 2004 there would be scientific proof of reincarnation, verified contact with nine alien races, evidence of a hollow Moon, and free-energy disclosure. None of it occurred. A witness whose datable predictions all failed is a witness researchers have grounds to discount, and we do.

Thomas Castello, who described himself as a former security technician at an alleged underground 'Dulce Base' in New Mexico, claimed in a widely circulated declaration (later compiled as 'The Dulce Papers') that a reptilian caste called 'the Draco,' and specifically a 'white Draco' faction, held final decision-making authority over levels 5 to 7 of the facility, ruling both the lower-caste reptilians and the human personnel. It is the Draconian hierarchy again, transplanted from deep space into a basement in the desert.

Castello even named a leader: a Draconian called 'Khaarshfashst,' nicknamed 'Karsh,' a name he said meant 'keeper of the laws' in the Draconian tongue. The specificity is the tell. Invented detail and remembered detail read exactly alike on the page, which is why detail on its own is never evidence.

And now the floor gives way entirely. Even the sympathetic UFO-research site that republishes Castello's full declaration states outright that 'there is some doubt as to whether he actually existed.' No independent biographical or documentary record of Thomas Castello has ever been found outside his own claimed testimony. The primary witness for the underground kingdom may not be a reliable witness. He may not be a person at all.

The Dulce narrative also includes an alleged 1979 armed confrontation, the 'Dulce firefight' or 'Dulce Wars,' between human security personnel and the base's Draconian occupants. The casualty count is cited inconsistently across retellings, commonly 60 or 66 dead, and the whole episode traces to Castello's account and to Phil Schneider's overlapping 1994 to 1995 lecture-circuit claims. No military records, no forensic evidence, and no independent corroboration exist for any version of it. A battle whose body count cannot keep its own number straight is not a battle anyone can verify.

On December 3, 1967, at roughly 2:30 a.m. near Ashland, Nebraska, a 22-year-old town police officer named Herbert Schirmer reported a close encounter with a hovering metallic disc-shaped craft on Highway 6. This was not left to rumor. The case was formally investigated by the University of Colorado's Air Force-funded Condon Committee, with hypnosis conducted by psychologist Dr. Leo Sprinkle. Whatever happened, it entered the official record, which is more than the rest of this page can claim.

Under hypnotic regression during that investigation, Schirmer described being taken aboard the craft by humanoid beings in silver-gray uniforms, each bearing an emblem of a winged serpent on the left breast, who told him they were monitoring Earth from 'a galaxy next to ours.' The winged-serpent insignia is the hook that proponents hang the Draconian connection on. But note the tier: testimony recovered under hypnosis is evidence of what a witness recalled while hypnotized, not proof of what stood in the room.

The 'Orion Group,' sometimes 'Orion Empire,' is a named antagonist bloc of 'service-to-self' extraterrestrials. It does not come from Collier or Icke. It originates in the channeled Law of One (Ra Material) sessions, begun in 1981 through channel Carla Rueckert, which describe a multi-density 'social memory complex' that manipulates and enslaves target populations and is said to number roughly one-tenth the entities of the benevolent 'Confederation.' A separate mythology, with a separate author, a separate method, and a separate date.

Yet later contactee and online-synthesis sources, including Collier's own material and reference sites such as Exopaedia and the Ascension Glossary, quietly merged the two. The 1990s 'Draconian' empire and the 1981 'Orion Group' were fused into a single 'Draconian/Orion Empire,' as though they had always been one thing. They had not. They arose from unconnected sources about a decade apart, and the seam is still visible if you look for it.

Proponents sometimes reach for a scientific-sounding anchor: paleontologist Dale Russell's 1982 'dinosauroid' thought experiment, a hypothetical bipedal, large-brained descendant of Troodontid dinosaurs had they not gone extinct. The thought experiment is real and legitimate science. But Russell's actual paper makes no claim whatsoever about extraterrestrial life, empires, or visits to Earth. It is a 'what if evolution had gone differently' exercise, borrowed to lend a conspiracy the costume of biology it never wore.

One last borrowing deserves a correction. Zulu sangoma Credo Mutwa's account of the 'Chitauri,' reptilian 'devourers' of ancient tyranny, is an independent African oral tradition, unconnected to the Western contactee and channeling circuits. Mutwa himself never used the words 'Draconian,' 'Alpha Draconis,' or 'Orion Group.' When online synthesists fold the Chitauri into the Draconian empire, that is a Western editorial overlay laid on top of someone else's tradition, not a claim Mutwa ever made. The empire keeps annexing stories that were never its own.
